As you walk into the front door, you will see the gorgeous living room with ample seating for everyone. Guests are welcomed by an open living area that captures 30A’s laid back attitude. The first floor is home to the kitchen and living room, with dining space for 6. The granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances make for a stunning kitchen.
The front porch is the perfect spot for winding up in the morning with coffee, or chilling out in the evening for an after-beach refreshment.
All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a king bed and a private bathroom, with a stand-alone shower/tub combination! The two other bedrooms one has a King sized bed and one has a queen sized bed and share a jack and Jill bathroom with a standalone shower.
In the hallway, there is a wonderful desk surrounded with gorgeous windows for those who enjoy writing, drawing, or even those who are enjoying a working vacation. Also in the hallway is a twin sized day bed!

My family absolutely loves this house. This year was our 2nd time staying at this home. The location is perfect. Super easy walk to beach, easy bike ride to Seaside. Beautiful area. We had 6 bikes which was a bonus and we found 4 beach chairs and umbrellas on the front porch so we canceled our beach step up and saved some money. We will continue to stay at 7 Lichen Lane. My family hopes this home is available for years to come.

The house was absolutely perfect and the location could not be beat! The house was clean and decorated beautifully. The beds were so comfortable and check-in/checkout process was so so easy. Although we didnt cook at all the kitchen was big and had everyone someone would need! We loved it So so much! We will be back!

Our family had a fabulous time at 7 Lichen in March! The home was lovely and had everything we needed. The rental rate was great too. The location of the home was very convenient to so many things. Biking to and from Seaside for shopping and dining was very easy and safe! We stayed at the home for the Seaside 1/2 Marathon and it was the perfect place! Its not far at all from Seaside, but just far enough to avoid the business and all of the crowds. We will definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful visit!

We couldn't have asked for a better house for our family vacation! The house was clean and exactly as it was portrayed. The decor was perfect for a beach house, the house was comfortable, spacious and had almost everything you would need for a vacation. With the provided bikes, the 5 min ride to the beach and to Seaside were easy and fun for the kids. The gated neighborhood was quiet and safe, with 2 pools available for use. Great house, great vacation...we will be back! :-)

7 Lichen Lane was a great vacation house. It was nicely decorated and bigger than it looked online. The bikes were perfect for me and the kids to ride to the beach and to Seaside. The Hammocks is a lovely little gated subdivision that felt very safe and homey. It was a very convenient place to stay. We really enjoyed our vacation.

We did love the property, and had very little interaction with a booking/ management company. I did not realize all the properties 30A vacay managed in this area until our recent visit. We will definitely check out your website before booking again in the future.

7 Lichen Lane was an absolutely beautiful home! The decor was very updated in a costal living style. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with plenty of clean white plush towels. The bath shared between the two bedrooms has a fabulous spa like shower. Speaking of showers, there was plenty of hot water for our family of four at the end of the day. We loved the kitchen. As a family that loves to cook, it came stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots & pans and appliances. The a/c worked great, which is important after spending a long day out on the beautiful white sand beach. The home is located in a beautiful picturesque & quiet neighborhood. A Publix grocery store is very close with anything you could possibly need and at very reasonable prices. The town of Sea Side is a short bike ride way and can be done safely on a bike lane straight from the Hammocks neighborhood to the downtown area. Lovely little town, with delicious food trucks and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We will be returning again. Perfect family get away place!
