Large glass windows offer a dazzling view of High Pointe Beach Resort’s resort-style waterfall pool. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the pool-front patio while watching the kids play outdoors. Flat-screen TVs, stereo, and plenty of seating for family and friends mean that everyone will be well-entertained and comfortable.
The resort offers free parking. There's a casual tiki bar and grill. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool and a hot tub, plus shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, a playground and a BBQ area.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
High Pointe Resort is a 5 min stroll (2 blocks) from Rosemary Beach's village, restaurants and shops. The 30A Bike path runs right through the front of the property and meanders along the entire 18 miles of Scenic 30A.
The resort offers free parking. There's a casual tiki bar and grill. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool and a hot tub, plus shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, a playground and a BBQ area.
High Pointe Resort is in a gated Gulf Front Resort located between Rosemary and Alys Beaches in Seacrest Beach on the south side of Scenic 30A. High Pointe Resort is the most well-known and well thought of Gulf Front Beach Resort property on 30A.
Two composite tennis courts, shuffle board courts, barbecue grills located throughout the property and the children will enjoy the play area made just for them. In addition to the huge, 6,000 square foot lagoon pool, there is a baby/child pool and a large hot tub.
**Golf Carts are not allowed in this community.**

We loved everything about High Pointe and our condo. Already looking to book again this year, and next fall. Best condo weve stayed in at High Point. Extremely comfortable beds, living room furniture was great, and kitchen utensils were perfect for our needs. As a side note, it was the absolute cleanest condo weve ever stayed in. No complaints at all.

Hope to be back to this property during the warm months. Great location. Older subdivision but updated condo. The only thing is I wish the sliding glass door was a lock door so you could have access at that point.
