The large, open style kitchen, dining and living room layout make it easy and fun for everyone to enjoy meals and hang out together. This 5 Bedroom 4 Full Bath home provides sleeping for 14-16 people.
The first floor is the main living area with kitchen, living, dining room and also a bedroom with queen sized bed as well as a shared full bath.
The second floor offers 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed and private bath, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One of these bedrooms is a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin with trundle bed. The other bedroom contains a king-sized bed.
The third floor contains a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a shared, hall bathroom. This floor also has a bonus/media room with a full sleeper sofa and a private bath.
** As of January 1, 2022, Golf Carts are prohibited in Seacrest Beach. Violators will be fined by the HOA.**
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**

Enjoyed it! The entire process of renting was easy. Everything was done online or via phone (text) so we went straight to our rental and had a code to get inside. The Seacrest area is beautiful and walkable.

130 Flip Flop Lane was a large, clean, and updated home. It was fairly close to the pool (which was really nice) and not much further to the beach. We loved being within walking distance to restaurants and we used the bikes every day. We also appreciated having the tram to use if we didnt feel like walking to the pool or beach.

I love how high end the area was, beautiful and safe, great pool, shopping and restraunts, love the 5 bikes with the home. the neighborhood was so pretty, well maintained, kids could ride bikes in area without worries. Beautiful house, perfect location. It had everything you would need. We loved our stay. The only issue was their beautiful gigantic pool was not heated. We went for Spring break and the water unbearably cold. The ocean was also a double red and closed for 3 of our days. The pool is beautiful and probably amazing in the summer months. I would absolutely recommend this property. We had 8 people and plenty of room with some to spare!

Brittney was so amazing and helpful throughout our entire stay. She gave me her cell number to call with any issues or requests. We did need to call her when there were some lights out but that was about it. She was so friendly, personable and vivacious...I just fell in love with her! I honestly do not think I have had a better experience with a home rental company and I have been coming down here for the last 10 years. Britney deserves many kudos and I sure hope she is recognized in some way of what a great asset she is to the company.
Also, The bike rental company called me about a week or 2 before we came down asking if we wanted to rent bikes. I thought that was a great service as I would have not thought about it until we were down there.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at our stay on 130 Flip Flop Lane. We had plenty of room for our 3 families and everything was amazing from the home decor to the open space. The top deck was a favorite for young and old. We had many get togethers up top and the breeze was really nice. My reaction when I first walked into the house and toured it was "This is the nicest house we have ever stayed in!" Our guest services manager Brittney was AMAZING! She was so friendly, upbeat and personable. She was so accommodating and helpful when we needed a few things around the house. I would come back and stay in this house in a heartbeat! Great job Brittney & 30A Vacay!
