Ok let me start out by saying this we love Blue Mountain Beach and this condo!. And this was our 2nd time to stay in this condo. We have 2 toddlers and this is absolutely the best beach and best area you can ask for! You cant beat the location! Its nothing like being RIGHT on the beach and on ground floor. We will not go anywhere else, it has spoiled us! And we love this condo. We always look forward to coming here on vacation it is definitely our happy place!!

The property is always beautiful. The mattress was obviously replaced from the last few stays we had there and that was appreciated. The property was clean. The closet always has a broom and dust broom with dust pan, which is nice to keep the floors sand free.

I am so thankful to finally find the perfect condo. It could use a little upgrading, but the view and the grassy area in front of my ground floor balcony was so nice, and thats why I come to the beach. Towels were fluffy, toilet paper was high quality, bed was comfortable. If I win the lottery, I want to buy it!!!!

Excellent Gulf Front Property!! Clean and stocked well for cooking and the walk down for the beach access is private and very close. We were on the beach in seconds and coffee on the front porch and cocktails were even more delicious when partaking in the amazing view!! Our family of 5 (3 Kids-11 years, 5 years and 2 years) enjoyed our stay immensely. Highly recommend staying here.
