Emerald Retreat offers three bedrooms and 2 full and half bathrooms. The first floor holds the bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and private bathroom. On the second floor you will find the open kitchen, living and dining rooms. These bright and airy rooms are the perfect space for unwinding with your family and ultimate relaxation.
One more floor up and you will find two more bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a futon. This bedroom has a private balcony with Gulf views! Also, on this floor you will find the queen guest bedroom with futon. Both of these bedrooms on the share a bathroom.
The Sea Haunts residential community features endless amenities that provide a special vacation. The sparkling emerald gulf is just a short stroll away, and a giant Olympic sized community swimming pool overlooks a tropical lagoon. A bubbling hot tub provides soothing relaxation, and the neighboring pool is heated during the cooler times of the year.
A pedestrian bridge crosses over the lovely lagoon and leads you over a gorgeous dune to the bright white sandy beaches below.

**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
