Beach Walk is the quintessential beach cottage surrounded by lovely trees, 2 large private decks – a perfect place to enjoy warm evenings with an evening libation and dining al fresco - or to take a 5-minute stroll to 30A's famous White Sugar White Sand Beaches and Emerald Waters to watch the sunset.
You can also comfortably walk to (the east) Seacrest and Rosemary Villages where there are several lovely restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and Boutiques. The Sunday Farmer's Market is a must see as are the world-class galleries and shops. The Hub is a short bike ride away to the west.

Enjoy the beach for swimming and soaking up the sun or venture out and go kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and more and make sure to visit our beautiful Dune Lakes. From here it is just a hop, skip, and a jump where the wonders of the gulf come alive.

Park your car in the driveway of this 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1550 square foot cottage, enter the front door to the kitchen that adjoins the living and dining area and find yourself in a sunny, spacious great room with lots of windows complimented by hardwood floors that add to the welcoming warmth.
There is a large private screened in porch off the living room with plenty of comfy seating to cozy up with a loved one, book, glass of wine or all the above. Just off the is the gas grill ready for your families culinary delights. In the living room you'll find comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV so you and your family or guests can catch up with each other, watch a movie after an active day at the beach or exploring the area. Cable and WI-FI are included.
The dining area, adjacent to the living area comfortably seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen, with its new appliances has a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and an oven and all small appliances for all your cooking and eating needs. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie.

There are 3 bedrooms – the master suite has a king bed, a flat screen TV, and en suite bath on the second floor, off the master bedroom is a private deck with 2 chaise lounges and a cafe table with seating for two to enjoy morning coffee. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, TV, ensuite, lots of closet space. The 3rd bedroom has two bunks - two twin beds, two queen beds and lots of windows making it feel light and airy and TV. There is a large double door closet and full bath across the hall.

The community offers a pool, a bocce court, a horseshoe pit and a private boardwalk to the beach. If you will be using a golf cart for the week, no worries as the community offers private golf cart parking along the beach.
