Very easy to book a vacation and professional service.

The property is always beautiful. The mattress was obviously replaced from the last few stays we had there and that was appreciated. The property was clean. The closet always has a broom and dust broom with dust pan, which is nice to keep the floors sand free.

Process was simple and quick from booking to check out.

Loved the stay,,,, House is beautiful and the area has a lot to do! The only disappointing issue was beach situation. The private beaches on both sides of the public beach (the area we could use) really limited the size of the beach.. not really a huge issue because it was a slow time but during busy season I would see where this could be an issue. Having no rental chairs and having to haul chairs/umbrellas to the beach everyday for 7 people was not fun The house and area were beautiful. Huge plus for us!

Pool and landscaping employees were very nice and polite making sure they werent a problem for us while doing their job.

We would like to book our stay to rent the same location next year. The house was wonderful and so accommodating to our families needed while staying. Beautiful house with a warm, family oriented appeal making it very relaxing.

Absolutely loved this place! We all booked it for a weekend getaway and it was the perfect trip. The house is located right next to the seaside town center and was only a 2 minute walk at most. Had a blast driving the golf cart around and riding all the bikes on the trails. Very clean and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

As an interiors person, the interiors were incredibly well done and the view!

It was a great week staying at the Heart of Palms. We had six adults and 3 kids and the house was the perfect size. The house was cozy and filled with extras. Loved the wrap around porch upstairs with ample seating. Great bedrooms with soft beds. Also loved that the washer and dryer was in the mud room and you did not have to listen to them run. The walk to the beach and pool was very short and the neighborhood was quiet. We will visit this property again!

The reservation, check in and check out procedure was easy and efficient!

It was a lovely cottage on a quiet street. We loved the short walk to the beach and to the Seaside center. We enjoyed our heated pool after a day at the beach and enjoyed the morning coffee on the front porch listening to the birds. The home provided everything we needed. Thank you so much!

Your staff is very professional, responsive and nice. We enjoyed talking with all of you and would love to stay with you again in the future.

We came for a family vacation with our 83 year old mom so that she could spend time with her two great grandchildren and grandchildren. We had 11 people total (2 toddlers). Everyone LOVED the house. It was spacious. We did not feel like we were on top of each other and it was very quiet. Great location too. Easy access to the beach with our rented golf cart. Very accessible to the Seaside Square. We made great memories!

It was fantastic for the price . We loved our stay and will most definitely return very soon .

The condo was absolutely lovely and the view from the balconies was gorgeous. The easy walk to the beach was quick and easy! The furnishings looked upscale and tasteful. The only comment I would make is that the kitchen area could be freshened a bit. However, we had all the necessary items to cook and enjoy our casual dinners. I would definitely come back in the future!
