Everything was very organized and texts were responded to very quickly.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and loved that bikes are there to be used. We also were very happy the house had a beach cart and all accessories for a day at the beach.

The rental process and access was very easy.

My first phone was back in January and the person was very polite and prompt with all information. We booked over the phone I believe.

Our stay was very relaxing --- 7 Lichen is very quiet (even with construction a block away). We split our time at the home and visiting the state parks ..... I would say that our trip will be remembered well.

The staff was very helpful and positive and seemed genuinely glad to help.

I didn't want to leave. Now I am sitting in the cold, grey north having a pity party.

Very easy and pleasant, if you thought you were in good hands with Allstate you wait until 30A has got you. Its an upgraded experience.

134 Dogwood is a lovely house in a great location. With big, comfy beds, a shady pool, a well equipped kitchen, and three bikes, it had everything we needed.

The co-workers at 30a Vacay are incredible. They found us exactly what we needed.

This property is perfect for families with pets. We appreciate a vacation rental that is comfortable and really appreciate when it's not "so perfect" that we're scared about messing it up. The carpets need replacing, but since we traveled with our dog we weren't nervous about him. This made our stay relaxed. The beds were great and we had everything we needed. We especially loved the porches.

We have had excellent success with using 30Avacay.

Love the location and has ample space. It does need to have nightstands on both sides of the beds and main TV was not a smart TV so we could not log in to our accounts such as NETFLIX, etc. Loved the upstairs patio.

We found you team to be very responsive and a pleasure. We had a few minor questions and they were answered right away.

We all loved this property! I am not sure if there was a favorite. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the proximity to the beach, Seaside and Publix(haha). We all loved it and hope to come back next year. Thank you!!

We stay at Gulfplace 2 or 3 times a year and have for the past 9 years. This condo has been my favorite of all of them. It is spacious, has all the cooking utensils you need, love the easy access to the pool and the first floor is great. I love how spacious the bedroom was. I love that the hot water didn't run out before I finished a shower (which has happened a lot in other condos) and having the washer and dryer was a plus. Again , my favorite of all. Every thing was great and I love that the pool is heated.

The guest services team has always been helpful and quick to respond to any issues.

We love the location of BMV 11. It is always quiet and weve never had any problems at the condo. While the condo complex and BMV 11 could use some TLC, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We love that it is a quiet, small complex, the convenient beach access and the gulf views are great! After renting on 30a since 1998, weve learned you have to overlook the small problems and just enjoy your vacation!

Very helpful, courteous and patient.

This is a favorite destination for our family gathering. It is a beautiful area with easy excess to all the amenities. We didn't need a car the whole time we were there. It is a safe place for the kids to ride their bikes. The pools and beach were awesome. At night the lighted trees looked like a fairy land. We have decided of all the places we have been and all the houses we have rented that this is the place we would like to return for another gathering. It is the best of all.

Everything was remarkable . House was set up so nicely and comfortable for adults and children. Screen porch was such a pluswe used it the whole stay. Very nice accommodations.
