They were awesome!! Everything is so easy and our condo was first class.

It was a very easy process. Communication was great and they answered all my questions.

This was one of our nicest stays and we loved everything! It was a great place to stay! You should really highlight that the beds are memory foam. The unit was clean and comfortable. We love how all the outlets had USB ports! What a nice touch.

This place is special due to its size. I feel we get an excellent place, My adult child tried the pull out bedThis place is best suited to a couple. Scenic 30A is one of the most beautiful places ion this planet. It relaxes me to my core, love this place. We will be back.

Very helpful, kind and easy to work with

This property has a wonderful view and you cant beat the location. You step outside and are in the middle of everything. Be warned, however, that most mornings you will hear trash trucks, delivery trucks, etc. which can make sleeping past 6/6:30am tough.

The team was amazing. Will be using 30aVacay for our trips from now on.

Ease of use, wonderful accommodations, beautiful area

Id like to praise the lack of bugs in the house - I saw no bugs of any kind. Last year they were a bit of a problem. We love staying here and will be back !

Very nice accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

The assistance I received over the phone was excellent. They were friendly helpful engaging knowledgeable and polite.

It was delightful but needs updates. Shower and tub need updates. Appliances were old. Otherwise, it worked for us!

Enjoyed it! The entire process of renting was easy. Everything was done online or via phone (text) so we went straight to our rental and had a code to get inside. The Seacrest area is beautiful and walkable.

130 Flip Flop Lane was a large, clean, and updated home. It was fairly close to the pool (which was really nice) and not much further to the beach. We loved being within walking distance to restaurants and we used the bikes every day. We also appreciated having the tram to use if we didnt feel like walking to the pool or beach.

Yiur employees provided excellent customer services from beginning to end from website booking to checking in/out and email & text notifications were the best through our our stay. We were always given ample notice in all situations.

Want more one bedroom beach front properties like this to rent. Loved this spot and the price is right for our budget.

Very helpful. We thought check in was at 4 and had a meeting scheduled. Check in was actually at 5p. Your people helped us get in so that we could have our scheduled meeting. Very nice.

Very nice home and great location. The amount of living space compared to the number of bedrooms is too small. One living room for all those people is tough. And we thought (perhaps erroneously) that the pool was small, but not just a plunge pool. We were there on business, so not a huge deal, but we do rent down there on vacation frequently. Otherwise, very nice home.

Clarified my questions efficiently and were very courteous. Everything was available and house was just as described. It was clean and air conditioning worked well. Bikes were there as ordered. Contract is a little overwhelming and some wording regarding use of golf cart needed explanation, but the staff go back with clarification fast.

Great location to gather my multi city grown up family together for a relaxing beach vacation. There was plenty of room for them to find a private place to work remotely from without interruption. The golf cart was great to get essentials down to the beach and the short 5 min bike ride was fun for the rest of us. The pool was a 2 minute walk from the house and we were often the only ones there. We enjoyed the screened in porch and large dining room table for after dinner game time. Bedding and towels were white and like new. Thanks for sharing your house. We made some good memories there!

Property was wonderful. View is indescribable. Easy access to the beach. Towels are plush. Bed is comfy. Everything that you will need is provided. Definitely will return to enjoy another memorable stay at 4b!
