Wonderful family vacation property! Great location, comfortable beds, ease of (private) beach access, fully stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. This place is beautiful and the quick walk down to the private beach made it so nice! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this unit. It's beautifully designed and decorated. It fits our little family perfectly. Everyone has their own space. The beds are very comfortable, the decor is pleasant and the kitchen has great quality utensils and gadgets. And extra bonus your own grill in the back and bikes. We will be back.

We came in for a long weekend because everything was booked up. Luckily, I found this one house in Watercolor and it exceeded our expectations. The place is great and we cant wait to be back. Very clean home and had everything we needed. We loved 30A. Our first trip and we couldnt have been more pleased.

The team has been superb and responded quickly to answer every question I had,such as beach chair/umbrella needs. I am certain that we will be back to Seagrove again and will contact 30AVacay for our vacation property rental.

The house was lovely and in a great location. The subdivision includes two (2) swimming pools which the kids loved. We were close to the beach, local restaurants, and a nearby Publix grocery store. The golf cart was an added feature!!! Thank you for being so responsive and providing a great stay in Seagrove for my family! The home at 119 Hammock Lane exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying here again!

We loved our stay!

30A Vacay always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is great. If there is an issue, they fix it asap. I can also count on all of their properties to be well maintained, decorated beautifully and advertised accurately on their site.

This house was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 1 child, 2 teenagers). We had so much room that we could space out and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom space. We loved the open floor plan on the first floor so we could be cooking and hanging out together before or after our beach time. The house had every amenity we could want in a rental, including a large/clean grill and equipped kitchen. We have rented a lot of beach houses, but Sugar Sand Castle was set up much better than your typical beach house. The appliances, bathroom fixtures, TVs, mattresses (probably nicer than ours at home!!) etc were all high end and the owners did not skimp because it is just a "beach house". As for the location, we thought it was perfect. Seaside was about 2 miles and Publix 1.5 miles away. There were a couple of pizza & ice cream shops, a donut place, a few souvenir shops, Angelina's and 30A Cafe restaurants all within walking distance. The beach was about a 5 min walk, entering by a condo building but the house has no pool access of any kind. The house has a beach wagon and a few toys/chairs which was a nice touch. The beach was super crowded because it's a public beach access. There is also a rental company who puts chairs/umbrellas out for the high rise condo building to deal with (there are rules about tents in front of that building being too close to the shore) but nothing that was a deal breaker. The beach crowds were the only annoying part of the trip, but considering how wonderful everything else was, we'd 100% do it all again!

The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The way it was laid out and the way it slept people was great and accommodated everyone very well. The beds were heavenly. The views and the ease of getting down to the beach were great and especially good for my 81-year-old father who was with us. The views of the water could not be beaten. We loved our stay here and plan to return!

This was overall the best vacation our family has had we will be back again and again! The location, bike riding, pools, shopping, restaurants, the Beach Club and above all the beautiful beach!
