Grayton Sunrise is a beautiful home and property with trees. We just loved the porches, French doors, great drapes, the large rooms, the high ceilings, the kitchen with cooking equipment, the bicycles with locks, dock, views of Western Lake, and plenty of bedrooms, good air conditioning system (We were there at Memorial Day.). Outdoor shower had hot water!

The reservation, check-in and check-put was very smooth. Not a problem at all.

It was enjoyable, relaxing and fun. Would recommend replacing carpets.

The house was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. We got in at 2:00am thanks to flight delays. We had a difficult time understanding the emails with the codes - probably due to it being really dark and us being really tired. We called the guest services number and woke up a very nice person who patiently helped us to get into the house. I think that was the only interaction we had because everything else went smoothly.

Its a great property if you have a bunch of kids. The upstairs bunk room is really cute and has its own bathroom. The two bedrooms on the first floor are roomy and comfortable and each have their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped even for baking. The bikes are essential for Watercolor/Seaside. This destination is so beautiful, both naturally and in all the architecture and amenities. Walking and bike trails are absolutely wonderful. The family friendly environment was so nice. Thanks for everything!

So many great features. Lovely neighborhood. Great kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Chair service for beach. Close to the pool. Comfortable bedrooms. Outdoor shower. Green egg. Walking distance to fish market and ice cream shop. Everything about our stay was perfect!

Being able to book our golf cart through the vacation rental service was very convenient.

The 2 master suites was a plus for traveling with 2 families. The home is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The pool is an easy walk just down from the home. There is a tram stop just right outside the home. The bikes were great!

Excellent, very professional!

This property had so many great features that it's hard to pick one favorite! The screened in front porch was really relaxing. The grill was nice. We had all the tools needed to make a great family dinner with the fully stocked kitchen. Everyone also enjoyed the bikes. Everything was great!

There wasnt much of a reason to speak with people because everything was so perfect when we did speak with people it was more just because we were trying to be friendly and they were always very friendly back

We enjoyed every second of every day there. Its a beautiful property and cant think of a thing I would change.
