Great condo and location!

Whether I emailed or text questions, the responses were always prompt and helpful.

The home was clean & beautiful. The short walk or bike ride to the beach was convenient & easy. The home was stocked with all the basics we needed, and the bike and beach wagon were nice perks! The pool being right outside the front door was so nice, and there was hardly ever anyone (but us) there. It felt like we had a private pool all week!

Everyone was super responsive and helpful. 30a Vacay was very responsive and their communication was spot on.

Great newer house. Came with 4 rental bikes, which was nice. Very spacious and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Loved the nature path out the back that shoots you right out to 30a by Rosemary. 30a Vacay was very responsive to any needs. No issues and would definitely rent this house again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Seacrest Inn, and would recommend it to anyone. Its very convenient to Rosemary, and a huge plus was the bikes that are included with the rental. The room was very nice and clean!

This property is conveniently located to the beach. It was very clean and included most of what we needed. Room was comfortable and bathroom nice, a washer and dryer would be a welcome addition!

Our family had a fabulous time at 7 Lichen in March! The home was lovely and had everything we needed. The rental rate was great too. The location of the home was very convenient to so many things. Biking to and from Seaside for shopping and dining was very easy and safe! We stayed at the home for the Seaside 1/2 Marathon and it was the perfect place! Its not far at all from Seaside, but just far enough to avoid the business and all of the crowds. We will definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful visit!

Love everything about the house. Kids loved pool and large open living area was great for game nights! Great spot for beach and restaurants.

This property was a perfect fit. We enjoyed the lovely porch, being close to beach access, and being able to bike to get icecream! The house is well decorated and we loved playing games on the large kitchen table!
