Gorgeous condo directly on the Beach! Love the decor & two floor set up! You can see more & more upgrades have been happening. Needs new DVD player, better wi-fi & new mattress in guest room...

You all were very helpful with booking this rental and always available to answer questions during our stay. Very friendly with each call and happily found a personal item I left and mailed it to me.

This was our second time renting 139 Mystic Cobalt. Its so close to the beach and the shops and restaurants near Watercolor Inn. The house has nice big bedrooms that the kids really enjoyed. Great living space for our famiy.

I texted with a maintenance problem on Sunday and a team member got back to me very quickly. Maintenance was there quickly and the problem was fixed by the next day (the day I called was Sunday and they had to get the part). Overall impressed and happy how that was handled.

We loved our stay! The location is wonderful, especially with younger kids as we could go back and forth easily from the beach. No need to haul food for the whole day and they could be in the room while we were out on the beach. If we got a late start, no problem as you can sit outside on the porch and enjoy the waves and ocean. We saw dolphins while eating breakfast. Bring your binoculars. Beautiful evening sunsets right outside your door. This location is in a more residential area, which means the beach is not crowded (we love that!), but you can't walk to dining or ice cream or anything like that. We did ride bikes to The Hub, which is really nice, and to Alys & Rosemary, but the latter is a little far with new riders. The pool in the complex is small and by the road, we did not use it, we were there for the beach, but just FYI if you are looking for a great pool. I prefer smaller complexes like this for our kids to go back and forth easily and without crowds. There are a lot of stairs to get up and down to the beach, which may be a problem for some. The kitchen needs an update (as other units in the complex have done), but it was fine and clean. It was stocked well enough. We would choose to stay here again.

I called Saturday morning to let someone know that though I had rented the property, I had fallen ill with a stomach virus the day before. I didn't want to expose anyone. My husband was taking my place until I could arrive the following day. They were so understanding and helpful.

Never spoke to anyone directly, But everything was done by text or e mail and this is the best way to be reached when you are out on the beach.

It was a great property, Very close to seaside and close to the beach access. the inside was very clean and plenty of towels. we would stay in this property again.

Easy i had very little contact

Everything was great! The house was laid out well. I may have misread the second floor layout. I thought the kids room and the bathroom ajoined with the second bedroom.
