Hailey was a life saver, helping us to arrange last minute accommodation after Hurricane Michael hit. Every time I asked her a question she was super quick to respond. Very efficient and personable!

At the end of every day working hard to clear debri, our Seacrest Beach house was the perfect retreat, so serene and pretty. Everything is so well thought out. Perfect residence for large group (5 adults)

Haley is outstanding! The day after Hurricane Michael, Haley answered her phone on the first ring! I was not at all expecting that at all! Wow is all I can say. She is the reason we will use 30A Vacay again and highly recommend. Wish Haley could assist us on every vacation endeavor!

Highly satisfied the moment we stepped in the residence. Favorite spaces in the property were the master with en suite and the kitchen. The grounds outside provided everything we could possibly need.

We had a great stay. The weather was terrible, but thankfully 207 Studio was pleasant and comfortable. We ordered in and watched movies. It was actually a really great vacation--different than we planned, but possibly even more relaxing. Thank you.

This is a very nice condo with a great location. Right above the shops and buy restaurants. A perfect place once the pool renovation is complete!!

The check in process was very easy with the key pad lock and the stay was very nice.

The property was great! Plenty of room, close to shops and restaurants with activities going on through out the weekend.

We very much enjoyed our stay with 30A Vacay. The house met expectations and 30A Vacay was very responsive at any (always minor) issue or question that we had. They also worked direct with one of the crib delivery companies in the area to coordinate the delivery of cribs, pack and plays, and toys to the house. An added convenience to have that taken care of and delivered upon arrival. Jane texting me about early check in and throughout the stay was awesome and very helpful.

Great, spacious house in a great location. Walking distance to the hub and Prominence pool and a golf cart ride to anywhere on 30A. We very much enjoyed spending time between the living/Kitchen area and large front porch that the kids loved to play on. Great house.

They were very helpful in regards to the rental experience. Everything they promised, happened. No issues with the house what so ever. Some of the channels on the TV we couldn't get, but we chalked that up to the recent hurricane events. So we can't complain about that.

Would stay in Churchill Dunes again. Tucked away in the back of the neighborhood and once again just a very quiet setting.

Everyone was great. Very helpful and easy booking experience.

All of my communication was through email but they were very efficient on answering my questions and seemed very friendly.

This was our first time to this area and the kids have already said they want to come back. This is coming from two always unhappy teenagers lol. The location was perfect and we had plenty of space for myself and three tall teenagers. The bikes were a blessing as well. The spiral staircase was a little daunting for us. It was nice to have an outdoor shower but unless we entered through the bathroom it was pointless to rinse off the sand since we were back in it to walk around the house. Overall we couldnt have been happier

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. The view was just spectacular. You couldn't get closer to the emerald waters and be in a better location on 30A. The beachy modern decor and comfort in this unit was so inviting. Plenty of linens, blankets and pillows. The beds were very comfortable and furnishings very tasteful and comfy, as well. Even the balconies offered comfortable nice places to eat and lounge. The top balcony is semi open and offered an inspiring view of the star filled sky at night. Something you cant get in the busier areas of the gulf due to city lights. Unfortunately red tide was present and we had to evacuate due to hurricane Micheal but neither was fault of the condo or rental company. We would absolutely stay here again.

My brief stay was wonderful. I truly wish I could have stayed the entire length of my rental. My wife and I had to leave our second morning due to Hurricane Michael.

Great house for a large group with a quick little walk to the beach!

We are so thankful for the responsiveness and friendliness of the 30a vacay team. They always jumped right in to answer questions--even at a moment's notice!

We truly enjoyed our stay at 35 Lyonia. It is a wonderful set up--perfect for two couples and several children. The children particularly enjoyed the bunk room upstairs. We also love how this property is located on a quiet cul de sac. It is easy to access the pool and beach via bike, and shopping at Publix is an easy 1 minute car ride away! What a way to beat the traffic of 30A...we wish we could stay forever! And we are actually interested in renting this same property again the first week of October 2019. Please let us know when the calendar for next October opens up!

Very responsive and nice

Nice house, close to the beach and Seaside - Beds were so comfortable and bikes were a plus! This was our first time renting a house and we will most likely do it again.

Very happy with property and service.
