Whats NOT to love, beautiful view of beach right outside wall of glass doors, easy beach access just steps away, Blue & white beach decor, well appointed kitchen, wonderful king bed, complimentary 30A cuzies. Second time in this unit & dreaming about our next one!

Super cute interior, newly renovated, clean, well appointed kitchen and amenities. Quick walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

103 Sable point E was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed, very clean and freshly remodeled! The condo is more than enough space for our family of 4 and grand parents!

Fantastic property, felt like home on our long girls weekend! We enjoyed every minute in this beautiful, well equipped beach house. So much space to relax and each have our own room/bathrooms. We loved the very short walk to the beach and fun restaurants. Every night when we got home we loved hang8ng on the back patio and being able to jump in the pool! Cant wait to go back next year!

We had a tv issue the first night. It was resolved very quickly after we reported it. Good response to tv issue. easy registration and arrival procedures. good communication before and during stay.

Our family had a great time. The location was central for day trips to Panama City and Grayton Beach. Good setup for couples or large family. A bit of a walk to the beach access. Good location for restaurants and shopping.

The 30A Vacay team was very helpful and the couple of times that we called for clarification regarding the property door codes and wifi they were there for us and handled communication in a very courteous and professional manner.

Sea Grace was a beautiful property! The space was very accommodating to our family of six plus new grandchild. We all had our large bedrooms with roomy closets and plenty of space with the private baths. Spending time together was nice in the common area family room and kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome bag contained all we needed to get our vacation started. This is a well thought out property and even provided extra sleeping space in an open area on the lower floor that is not shown in the pictures. That was great for staging our over-flow with the baby! The beach is conveniently walkable (just across 30A) and the pool is fantastic with so much space and great staff when needed for assistance with umbrellas or just providing general information. A great late summer vacation spot. We visit Seacrest almost every year and would love to return to Sea Grace if available for our next trip.

Wonderful house - well equipped, great neighborhood, close to stores, reasonable distance to beach, well priced. Wonderful stay The only part of my vacation I did not like was leaving!
