Our reservation was transferred from another management company. 30A Vacay worked closely with me to get our reservation moved over to 30A Vacay so that we had everything handled before our arrival.

The house is beautiful and well maintained. The location was close to everything and far enough from the crowded areas. Beach access was great and the pool was nearby. Our family really enjoyed our week stay.

I worked with Haley and she was wonderful to get our reservation booked and everything was in the house that we needed. Check-in and check-out was very easy and smooth.

We really enjoyed our stay at 35 Lyonia. We had enough towels, the beds were comfortable, clean house, and well equipped kitchen. We liked the convenience of walking to all the lovely Seaside shops, tennis courts, bayhouse and more.
We would have enjoyed if bikes were part of the rental. That would be our only downside. We look forward to coming back to 30A next summer!!

The property is stunning and is the perfect location as it is only quick bike ride to several pools and the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the home clean, and atmosphere extremely family friendly. It was the perfect week at the beach! Zero complaints.

7 Lichen Lane was a great vacation house. It was nicely decorated and bigger than it looked online. The bikes were perfect for me and the kids to ride to the beach and to Seaside. The Hammocks is a lovely little gated subdivision that felt very safe and homey. It was a very convenient place to stay. We really enjoyed our vacation.
