My family absolutely loves this house. This year was our 2nd time staying at this home. The location is perfect. Super easy walk to beach, easy bike ride to Seaside. Beautiful area. We had 6 bikes which was a bonus and we found 4 beach chairs and umbrellas on the front porch so we canceled our beach step up and saved some money. We will continue to stay at 7 Lichen Lane. My family hopes this home is available for years to come.

We had double red flags all week, so being close to the pool and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping was excellent. The beach tram stops in front of the house, which was convenient for hauling our beach gear. The house is designed to feel comfortable. Like staying in a friend's home, not just a rental. We enjoyed our stay.

Our girl group loved Blue Crab! We had plenty of room for my bachelorette party. The copper tub was just a luxury I didnt know I needed! We had so much fun. We are already talking about making it an annual event.

We loved this property. The location was fantastic!! I love to cook and tre kitchen had everything that I needed. The grocery store was nearby. Everything was nearby!! I loved the vintage beach feel that the place has. With a little maintenance on the exterior, this place would be 100% perfect!!

We loved the location on Draper Lake and the house was a short walk (3 homes) to beach access. Wasted Time had plenty of room for our 7 family members. The 3rd floor room does not have a bathroom or closet but was fine for our teenage girls. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the large living room where the family could hang out in the evenings. Having a second refrigerator or ice maker in a house this large would be a bonus.

House was very nice, great layout and amenities. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen! The 4 king suites were a must, bunk beds were an added bonus which worked perfectly for the kids. Loved the spacious bathroom areas with plenty of closet space. The deck/pool area were great to keep little kids out of the pool area.
