30A Vacay has been great, we have now booked twice through 30A Vacay and it has been smooth throughout the process. The team members of 30A Vacay is extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions.

We enjoyed our stay and we look to come back soon! Although the home was clean and updated, we were a little bummed how the home wanted to charge $100+/per day to use the golf cart. Our prior stay with another home was free to use and although it was our own fault for not reading the fine print that The Turquoise Turtle does indeed charge additional to use the golf cart, that took us by surprise.

Check in was easy! Thank you for the flyers that explains the beach flag system.

Blue Crab is now our family favorite. We are already looking at dates do we can come back! So close to everything while fostering a sense of seclusion! We felt like the only ones there! Super love!!

We had a great stay at gulf place 103. One recommendation would be to put a full size mirror in condo! Great experience, will definitely be back!

Easy communication, no hiccups.

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time here! One of the best houses weve stayed in! Well-stocked kitchen, location to pool is super close and beach was a short walk. We loved all the windows, the decor, having 2 washers and dryers, a huge fridge, ice machine, remote control blinds- so many over the top amenities!

They were all professional and quick to respond. Beautiful property. Very easy check in/check out process - and also very easy, fair and manageable check out list. Also accurate description- no surprises!

Very prompt and courteous to our needs. The microwave stopped working and we were brought out a microwave within an hour. Awesome service!

Loved it! The location is great, the rooms are very spacious, and the price was amazing for as close to the beach as we were. The pantry was amazing for all the food! As well as the unexpected closet of everything you could possibly need for the beach!

This property is beautiful and the perfect set up for families. We loved the bunk room and the main bedroom copper bathtub too! We will certainly frequent this property! We are already looking for future dates.

Thus property was ideal for our family vacation. Location was perfect. Perfect location. Very clean and cozy. Lots of space fir gathering inside and poolside.

Wonderful property! Absolute beautiful house! Plenty of room for 3 families. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Beach access was an easy walk or golf cart ride. We loved everything about this house and location! Very clean. Will definitely be booking again for next year!

Great communication before and during the trip.

Loved the unit and the accommodations. Incredibly clean and kept up. The staff did a great job keeping the grounds clean and in immaculate condition. Felt like a Caribbean resort. The "feel" of the property was very relaxing. We also loved the convenience of being so close to shops, etc. and the availability of the bikes. We enjoyed being close to the pool as well. However, we were not prepared for the overly crowded beach area. We ended up driving to another beach access in order to have a better experience on the beach.

The company was great at communicating and answered any questions we had immediately while on our trip.

We loved Elm St. Hammock for our two week stay. One side of the family came the first week and when they left, the other side of the family came. It was great for big families. The beach location was easy to walk to to. The pool was a great addition since the ocean was double red flag most of our stay. It was very clean and spacious!

Price is great for location. Pictures accurately depict unit. We love having the four balconies. Personal carport for all the beach gear with your own hose is a bonus. We love having our own dedicated parking with shade and an area to hide all of our junk so it isnt in anyone elses way or we arent having to stow in vehicle. We like that it is small and their are only 7 units.
