Very roomy and spacious. Loved the patio and the nightly concerts. The pool was great for the kids. Great time at a fantastic location.

We had a family group of 13 staying at 60A Costa Norte from May 20-27, 2017. It is such a beautiful property and a good set-up for lots of kids with the sweet bunkroom upstairs and the beautiful big front porch with lots of seating, we used it alot! The golf cart and rental bikes included with the property made it so nice for the short trip to the beach, and it was in a quiet neigborhood, yet close to everything.

Dawn was wonderful to work with. She greeted us in person after check-in to make sure we were okay. She also promptly responded to my calls/texts during our stay and corrected all issues that we had in a timely and acceptable manner.

The house was beautiful and had so many things to offer. Including plenty of kitchen items to the golf cart, bikes, kayak, etc. It was fabulous.

Beautiful home designed to create a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

The house is warm and welcoming and we loved the decorating. Great location to everything and we certainly enjoyed the front porch. Great experience will most certainly return, hopefully many times. Great place.

From the moment we walked in the door I was floored. The pictures of this property do not do it justice. I've never stayed in a place like this. It was go much bigger and so much more spacious than I expected it to be. We slept so comfortably on the master bedroom mattress. The master bathroom tub was amazing. The kitchen was incredible and the dining table was very unique. The property not only has everything you'd need in the kitchen but everything you'd need for the beach. The garage was full of all sorts of things for the beach. To top off this perfect house was the very top floor. The fourth floor view of the beach, the water, the skies, and the city lights at night was breathtaking. I truly hope we get to stay in this house again. It's unforgettable and worth every penny. Thank you Britney. It was great!

Dawn was great to work with. She called almost immediately after we booked and was so helpful with follow-up phone calls closer to our trip. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on us. Very sweet lady to work with! I will contact Dawn directly with our next vacation to 30A!

The property was great for our family. We loved the eagles nest and the close proximity to the beach and Rosemary. We had a delightful stay!

Britney was a delight!

With a toddler, we loved that this property had no stairs. We also loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and generally we felt the property was very spacious. It's located right beside a tram stop which was very helpful for getting to the beach! We loved Seacrest Beach and hope to visit again soon!!

Loved the property and the location. The pool was great too as we have younger children with our group. Overall we would stay there again!
