Very responsive

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We thought the beach access would be a bit much, but it was easy. It is approximately 1/2 mile. Only one hill to ride up on a bike to get there. We loaded up the golf cart with all our gear one person would ride a bike and the other person would drive the cart. We would unload at the beach access and one person would carry the gear down to the beach and the other one would take the cart back to the house and bring a bike back to the beach. Of course the kids slept in, so mom & dad did it all in the morning. Same routine in the afternoon, but reverse. Seaside was about 1 1/2 miles from the house. Our group could easily ride on bikes. We even rode down to The Candy Bar and The Boathouse. Clean home that was well stocked. It was an easy bike ride to the beach. We ride bikes to Seaside and Watercolor. The section of the beach that was the closest to the house was clean and calm. There was not partying on the beach the night before with trash left like other sections.

Fort Grace was an absolutely stunning house-after 11 years visiting the area its probably the most gorgeous! It felt homey inside and every room was enjoyed! We want to thank the owner for letting us enjoy your beautiful home with our family AND furry friends! The dogs enjoyed basking in the sun while we swam.

Perfect location and nice cottage

Everything was perfect.

Awesome house and property. The handrail on the deck was loose and the ceiling fan in the third floor bedroom has a roar, other than that it was pretty much perfect.

Loved everything about 65 Matt's Way and we didn't want to leave! We have vacationed on 30A for the past 10 years in the Seagrove area. This was our first time renting in Blue Mountain Beach, and we loved it! It would be an absolute dream to live there year-round. I am very thankful for the week we spent there.

Absolutely lovely. Loved the front porch! The backyard was just beautiful. The area was quiet and restful. We had a wonderful family time. The McDonald House was very special and loved all the outdoor areas. The beds were comfortable too.

We enjoyed the comfort and location of the property. Short walk to the beach. Convenient to Stinky's Fish Camp and shops at Gulf Place. Also close to Topsail State Park. Santa Rosa Beach is our favorite 30A location!

The house was perfect for our stay. We loved the neighborhood the house was in. The neighborhood was very quiet, even though the area was crowded. The bedroom and bed setup was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay, the home was clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped and the bikes made it easy to visit both Seacrest and Rosemary shopping.
