Hungry? You are just quick stroll from some of the best dining along Scenic 30A in Rosemary Beach. Grab coffee in Alys and a drink at Neat.
Entering the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms. A king bedroom with private balcony and en suite bath on your right. Common area with stairwell entryway and on the left a bedroom with 2 Queen beds, en suite bath, and private balcony.
This common area includes a Full-size bed with a pull-out single trundle.
The second floor is the hub of the home with, living, dining and kitchen area, open and spacious with all you need to hang with your crew or entertain others who might be at the beach also. This floor has one king bedroom, private balcony and has a shared full bathroom.
This room also has 2 twin beds and its own private balcony.
When you are ready to explore, you don't have to go far for awesome shopping and dining venues in neighboring Rosemary and Alys Beach.
** As of January 1, 2022, Golf Carts are prohibited in Seacrest Beach. Violators will be fined by the HOA.**
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**

We absolutely found a gem in 11 Trigger Trail. Very clean. Beds were amazing. My wife actually looked at the tags to see what kind of bed it was so we can replace ours with one of them! Bikes were right outside the door and easy for the kids(teenagers) to use and go to the stores and restaurants. TVs were easy to work and great size for everyone to have one in their room. If you don't mind not be immediately ocean front, the place is in a great spot. Short walk or bike to both Alys and Rosemary with Seacrest commerce right next door. Ideal for our family.

The 30A Vacay team was very helpful and the couple of times that we called for clarification regarding the property door codes and wifi they were there for us and handled communication in a very courteous and professional manner.

Sea Grace was a beautiful property! The space was very accommodating to our family of six plus new grandchild. We all had our large bedrooms with roomy closets and plenty of space with the private baths. Spending time together was nice in the common area family room and kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome bag contained all we needed to get our vacation started. This is a well thought out property and even provided extra sleeping space in an open area on the lower floor that is not shown in the pictures. That was great for staging our over-flow with the baby! The beach is conveniently walkable (just across 30A) and the pool is fantastic with so much space and great staff when needed for assistance with umbrellas or just providing general information. A great late summer vacation spot. We visit Seacrest almost every year and would love to return to Sea Grace if available for our next trip.
