Unit was nice but would not stay again due to size of unit. The unit was in a great location and very clean. Very close beach and walking distance to several restaurants. Outside sitting area is amazing!! Unit is very compact. It was a little tight for teenagers and adults, as there was not enough seating for everyone to sit and watch tv/hang out. Teenagers would really have liked a tv in the 2nd bedroom. They often fell asleep on couch watching tv and were woke up when adults came downstairs in the morning. Would be a much better size unit for a family with younger children. Laundry in the spare bathroom was also challenging, as it was difficult to find time to use it when no one was in there or sleeping.

This was one of our nicest stays and we loved everything! It was a great place to stay! You should really highlight that the beds are memory foam. The unit was clean and comfortable. We love how all the outlets had USB ports! What a nice touch.

We had a wonderful time at this townhouse! We loved the state parks nearby particularly Top Sail where we would walk or ride the bikes provided. We loved being so close to the beach and walked 2-3 miles every morning. We loved how quiet it was in our neighborhood and it felt very safe. The home was beautifully decorated and it was a really nice home away from home. If we returned to the area, we would definitely try to rent this place again!!

Came for a girls trip and had the best time!The unit was very clean,comfortable feel and comfy beds,great location,short walk to the beach access, and we had "happy hour" in our perfect balcony spot in the evenings. If you are traveling with a small group or couples trip...I highly recommend checking this out.

This was one of our best stays in the 30a area. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful area of Blue Mountain yet had just the right amenities to walk to restaurants and the ice cream shop! We found ourselves riding bikes provided by the owners in the morning, hanging out at the beach during the day, enjoying happy hour on the deck late afternoon, eating out then a great nights sleep...rinse/repeat...we all needed this vacation. Our group was small this time... 2 couples... and this was the perfect property for our size. Many of the places on 30a we searched were either much further off the beach (i.e. must drive car or golf cart blocks to the beach entrance) or were just larger than what we needed. We are already planning another friend long weekend getaway (maybe 2) for the Fall now that we found a place so close to the beach and just the right size for 4-6 of us. Overall I'd give the owners a big thumbs up for thinking of everything we needed... the kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable for a good nights rest. It looked like most of the furnishings, art, and kitchen appliances were relatively new and up to date and the living furniture seemed brand new. We will be back hopefully with more friends to enjoy many more trips to this great beach and great rental.
