The first floor features a master suite equipped with a fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub, double vanity and a walk-in shower adjacent to an open living area and kitchen. A serene kitchen with lovely white marble, a farmhouse sink, and premium appliances has everything guests need. Next to the kitchen is a second master suite with a king-sized bed and a walk-in shower and bath tub. Sliding glass doors open to a private pool and spillover spa. The back yard includes an exterior firepit, a gas grill, a dining table and plenty of seating to soak up some sun.

Take the stairs or the elevator up to the second floor where you'll find an expansive balcony with 2 large porch swings. Continuing back inside is a guest room featuring a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. Down the hall is a large bunk room with 2 queen over queen bunk beds, its own living room and private bathroom. Another guest room greets you with 2 queen sized beds and an en suite bathroom. You'll find a spacious living room and another guest room equipped with a queen-sized bed before heading up to the third floor.

The third floor provides access to a wet bar, living area, wine fridge and plenty of seating for everyone. The balcony enjoys views of the gulf and access to a gas firepit. Located just steps from the beach, Hacienda Blanca is sure to accommodate all your vacation desires.

The carriage house includes sleeping for 4 available between the 2 king bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with state-of-the-art standup showers. The open main living area includes a sitting area facing a large HDTV, a dinner table with seating for 2, and a brand-new kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave.
