Rental Collection

  • 30A Vacay processes the majority of our bookings with credit card payments which is the best way to protect the booking. All processing of payments, returned deposits, cleaning fees, etc are handled by 30A Vacay.
  • Monthly owner statements issued with a full accounting of receipts, expenses, and disbursements.
  • Net rental funds disbursed to owners in a timely manner at the end of every month.
  • 30A Vacay collects and pays the local county and state taxes collected from the rental guests. The current tax rate for Walton County, FL is 4% and the State tax is 7%. A total of 11% tax is collected based on the rental rate + cleaning fee. This service saves our property owners the hassle of paying taxes every month and we keep your account current with the county and state.

Guest Relations

  • The 30A Vacay Team handles all pre, during, and post rental guest relations (Personal Touch)
  • Timely responses to repair requests.
  • Guests are always provided with a welcome pack of information including all property instructions as well as shopping and dining recommendations.

Communication

  • We are always available via email, text, and cell phone to our property investors. When one of our homeowners calls we are right there for them.
