'CasaVocado' is a fully renovated 5-bedroom home in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. 60 second, 280 foot walk to the sandy white beach right out the backdoor! - you'll have a hard time deciding if you want to enjoy the beautiful 30A beaches or relax at the home by the private pool!
When you walk in the front door you are welcomed by a large foyer with three bedrooms. The two queen guest bedrooms are on this floor along with the bunk room! Keep walking straight and you are right out the door to the fabulous pool. This outdoor haven features a private pool and plenty of seating. What more could you ask for?
Head on up the stairs to see the rest of this stunning home. The second floor is the center of relaxation. The living room, dining and kitchen are all on this floor. The fully renovated kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. There are four spots at the bar and 10 at the table so your whole crew will have a place to eat! The living room has plenty of space and a large flat screen TV. Walk out the double doors and onto the balcony and you'll find the huge porch with grill and plenty of seating.
One more flight of stairs and you will find two more bedrooms. The first bedroom you will see is the 4th guest bedroom featuring a King-sized bed. Hang a left and you're in the master bedroom oasis. This massive bedroom boasts a King-sized bed, seating area with TV, private balcony and a fully renovated bathroom. The massive master bathroom includes a stand-alone tub, walk in shower and gorgeous vanity.

We had a fabulous time. My dad was ready to book our next year's trip at this same house before we even left from this year's vacation. We love the area. The beaches and water are beautiful. We like that there are not a lot of high rise condos in the areas. We love the biking and the family atmosphere.

We arrived a week after the hurricane passed through and you wouldn't have known it by the condition of the property; immaculate and welcoming. The beach was only a short walk away and that is where you could see the real impact from the hurricane, but it didn't dampen our fun with family.

Excellent! The house was beautiful and exceptional for our entire family to enjoy. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining and the ability for everyone to be together yet have privacy was great too! The decor was perfect! I wanted to take the bathtub with me! LOL It was easy to access the beach and when we'd had enough beach time, we could relax by the pool. We would highly recommend this beach house!
