Endless summer boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms! The master bedroom does not disappoint! Lay in your king-sized Bed after a long day in the sun and watch the big game on your 40" tv! Drift away in the queen-sized guest bed while planning the rest of your week! 30A will provide you with an endless number of activities. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the 40" tv. Send the kids to their bunk room that accommodates four people! The kids will love having their own bedroom.
The comfortable couches in the living room will be the perfect place to watch tv on the 53" flat screen! Have extra people? Pull out the spacious queen sized sofa bed! The fully equipped kitchen will provide you with everything you need to make your families favorite meal.

This home has a pool alarm required by Florida law which cannot be disabled.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the alarm.

*Notification required one week prior to arrival to add pool heat

*Fee $50 per day and required for length of stay
*Pool heat is not guaranteed

This property is very clean and well-maintained. Everything you need for a visit to the beach is in the garage -- beach chairs, bikes, etc.! Beds are very comfortable, TVs in two of the bedrooms. The pool and spa would not heat for us for the first couple of days, but the property management was very responsive in getting that fixed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. One note -- the local stores are expensive, so if you're driving to the area, pack as much as you can bring to save money. Examples of items to pack: extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, bathroom and kitchen cleaner, condiments, extra dishwasher and laundry detergent, extra trash bags, etc. Can't wait to visit again!

407 Wood Beach is within a neighborhood full of nature surprises. We were with 3 small children (7,5,4) and were able to stop on two small bridges and see many animals (fox, raccoon, rabbit, turtles, lizards, deer, small snake) on our bike rides. Absolutely loved the quietness and safety (15mph) and closeness to the beach.

Absolutely love this property and would love to go back. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, great open space and the screened pool and hot tub were a wonderful amenity. This house was quiet, the proximity to 30A was ideal and the neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing.

My wife and I have rented a variety of houses and condos all along 30A over the past 13 years. Despite a few minor complaints, Endless Summer was the best of the homes we've rented thus far. It's private; located on a quiet street yet still close to everything 30-A has to offer. You also can't beat how close it is to Publix when you need something on a whim!
The inside of the house was the cleanest of any house we rented There were ample dishes and cookware available which was greatly appreciated. All of the appliances worked flawlessly
Something that some people may find weird, is that we are extremely grateful for the comfortable furniture. So many of the places we've stayed at had really terrible, uncomfortable furniture. Many will say, "But you're supposed to be at the beach!" Yeah, we know that; however, we also like being at home and relaxing. One place we rented had wicker with no cushions in the living room! So, thank you to the owners! Even the beds and towels were comfortable.
Something else that was fantastic was the quality internet speeds the house provided, and the satellite tv package that was in each room. Again, one place we were at had cable in one room and OTA tv in the rest. Having access to all the channels in the master bedroom and living room was such a treat and hugely appreciated by us. Thanks!
Being renters at the end of a season, we come to expect a certain amount of wear and tear not normally present at the start of a season for other renters. Of all the places we've rented, Endless Summer was the only one in the near, beginning-of-the-season condition. Our minor gripes are so minor that they would have no bearing on us returning for another rental period. Oh, so many pictures are from when a place was new. It was refreshing to see pictures that were actually representative of the place you're renting!
