30A Vacay was wonderful to work with!

The property exceeded our expectations! Seaglass has everything you need and more! High end appliances, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs and toys- a HUGE win when traveling with kids! The location is amazing- a walk or bike read to the beach, creamery, and town! We had two families of 5 stay for a week and had PLENTY of room. The back porch was the perfect setting to wind down at the end of the day. The street is quiet and the kids could play outside safely. The house is meticulously maintained and we loved everything about it! We will be back!!

Perfect convenient location, beautiful home with extras like a putting green and beach gear! We really loved having the golf cart! The instructions, map, suggestions and service from the staff were all 5 star plus!!!! Will absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and so many memories made. The home was spacious, clean and in a beautiful location. We would absolutely stay again!!

Everyone was very helpful. The only issue was concerning a bike and it was taken care of right away. Everything went smoothly and we felt if we needed something there was always someone available to help.

We loved our stay at the Blue Mountain Villas! Everything was great! We loved having the bikes we rode everywhere! We were so close to so many great restaurants, shops and places we love to go..so it worked out great! Our unit was greatwe loved the ease of walking directly out to the beach from our patiobeautiful views! It was very nicely decorated and comfy..and was even better in person when we arrived! Cant wait to come back and stay! Weve always loved everything along 30A but this was a whole new experience and we really loved our stay! Thanks so muchsee you soon!

The team was very nice and knowledgeable about the area and the house. They had great suggestions about what to do and where to eat.

The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable for our large group. This house had everything that my house at home has and much more. They have a beautiful back porch to enjoy your coffee in the mornings and a relaxing spot in the evening after a wonderful day at the beach. Loved that they had awesome bikes to ride in the subdivision, to the beach, shops, restaurants and exploring the quaint town. The house is not only beautiful, but a perfect location to the beach. I cant wait to go back to this beautiful beach house and bring my family and friends. I would recommend this gorgeous beach house to anyone.

Beautiful condo. Well equipped with all our needs. Pool and beach access are extremely easy and quick.

Friendly and helpful!

Ok let me start out by saying this we love Blue Mountain Beach and this condo!. And this was our 2nd time to stay in this condo. We have 2 toddlers and this is absolutely the best beach and best area you can ask for! You cant beat the location! Its nothing like being RIGHT on the beach and on ground floor. We will not go anywhere else, it has spoiled us! And we love this condo. We always look forward to coming here on vacation it is definitely our happy place!!

We made a call to Maintenance after hours due to the AC not working properly and it was timely handled.

The house was perfect, plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was located very close to the beach access and one of the neighborhood pools. Check In/Check Out was a breeze.

Incredible house, the design and decor of the home was so beautiful! It was such a treat to be able to stay at this home and the fact that you are a 5 minute walk to the beach was amazing!

Great, responsive

Gorgeous designer details, felt like a home away from home! Warm and comfy, loved the games left in the home to play. Pool and patio are beautiful, loved being able to relax at home after being at the beach. Beach is a quick easy walk! House is in a great location, close to stores , Coffee!! And restaurants. Neighborhood itself is quiet and not touristy.

The property is heaven on earth. Every detail was clearly thought out and the decor is beyond fabulous. The beds were extremely comfortable. This was a treat!! I look forward to renting this particular home again.

Its a beautiful quiet area, with beautiful beaches!! The home is absolutely gorgeous, large, equipped with everything. Its the best house weve ever stayed in. Everything is new, up to date design wise. Its very spacious , and sleeps so many. Its comfy and homey, yet so modern and up to date.

Incredible location in a magnificent designer home with beautiful pool and 5 minute easy walk to a beautiful beach! Right on the main bicycle track and easy ride to all the restaurants and shops Large house easily accommodates 2/3 families with 2 generous bunk rooms for all the kids! Lots of lounging inside and out!

The best property for vacation, really nice location a walk in to the beach. Nice bikes, the house have everything we needed. The swimming pool was perfect. The house was super clean and the towels and sheets are clean and comfortable !

The best place to stay! We usually go here for our girls trip but this time we came for our daughters birthday! It was perfect. We rode bikes, cooked breakfast, lounged and shared memories and just enjoyed our time together in this comfy, spacious, cozy beach home! The best place to stay. plenty of room and within walking distance to all the favorites! Counting the days till our next trip. Thanks for helping us celebrate our daughters 20th!

This was our 4th or 5th stay in Blue Mountain Villas and it has become our go to destination for a relaxing January recharge at the 30A beaches. Reasonably priced older but well maintained and comfortable venue. Great view and access to the beach and bonus back yard for relaxing in the sun.
