Gulf Place, just opposite Ed Walline beach access and located just steps from the famous sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast, Gulf Place is one of 30A’s original urban developments. The 25-acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to offer a one stop vacation destination with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, a nature walking trail, plentiful green space, tennis, pools and more.
Gulf Place offers amenities for all including a coffee shop, 2 ice cream/candy shops, Arcade for the kids, Yolo bike & board rentals, Shunk Gulley wine and spirits store, boutiques, gift shops, 30A store and more! It was great. When booking I had an issue where I thought my card was charged at the time I booked. Later I realized it had not processed the payment and they were so nice when I called. I was concerned the reservation would be cancelled but they manually processed the payment for me. Ease of booking & everything else that followed until check out, was just great!

We love Gulf Place Caribbean, it has everything you need such as shops, dining, etc. All within walking distance if you prefer. There are also many other places within a very short drive. There is no place better.

We stay at Gulfplace 2 or 3 times a year and have for the past 9 years. This condo has been my favorite of all of them. It is spacious, has all the cooking utensils you need, love the easy access to the pool and the first floor is great. I love how spacious the bedroom was. I love that the hot water didn't run out before I finished a shower (which has happened a lot in other condos) and having the washer and dryer was a plus. Again , my favorite of all. Every thing was great and I love that the pool is heated.
