Seas The Day is the perfect getaway to historic Seagrove Beach, Florida. The home also includes the use of a street legal, 6 passenger golf cart. The home is located in the quiet neighborhood of "The Grove By The Sea" which offers two neighborhood pools and a tennis court to visitors to the home. Beach access is a short walk or bike ride away. If guests are looking for a little more activity, hop on one of the 4 adult beach cruisers provided and turn right out of the Grove and you are in the heart of Seaside in a few minutes. Inside the home comfortably sleeps families small or large.
The main home consists of two bedrooms and a bunk room plus screen porches on the front and rear of the home. The kitchen, mudroom and living room make up the main level. The living room has a 65" smart HD TV in case someone needs a little inside time.
The carriage house is a nice bonus with the living quarters above consisting of a full kitchen and separate bedroom and living room. The garage below acts as a rec room and beach prep center with a TV, ping pong table, golf cart and an assortment of beach toys and chairs. There is also a beach buggy provided that makes taking chairs, toys, coolers and boogie boards to the beach that much easier.

The communication was brief but clear. I loved that all the information to check in was put in one email and one text message, and that was all we needed. We didn't get inundated with multiple emails, apps, texts, etc. During the week, we only had one minor issue with the bikes. The fact that we could text the issue and received a quick response and resolution was perfect. Thank you for a great week!

We had an amazing time!! It actually rained a lot during our stay but this property was perfect for our family since we was inside alot. The garage is like a play room for the kids and they were able to be entertained even being stuck inside. We loved having extra beach chairs that the house had as well! But the golf cart and bikes was a HUGe plus!!

Great location and the house is comfortable, clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Carriage house, large patio, bikes, and golf carts a significant plus. Two community pools are an added bonus.
