A spacious open-concept living and dining area leading to a large covered porch, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and an additional master suite are located on the second story. The third story provides a second living space with arcade game room! This hang out space is sure to be a family pleaser, with plenty of seating, 100 arcade games, checkers, chess and a twin day bed and trundle. Also on the third floor are two guest bedrooms. One room has two twin beds and the other has a King. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom.

Located along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, 30A Townhomes is a low rise, five-building luxury townhome development with only 26 planned residences. A community swimming pool with bath houses and grills is the perfect place to gather and relish the Northwest Florida sunshine.
