We were very pleased with the communication from the team! They were quick to respond to any problem we had. Being able to text a real person with a question or problem was great!

We loved our stay at Live Oak! The location was top notch. We had 3 kids ages, 6, 6, and 4, and we were able to easily walk to the beach and to Seaside town center with them. Having the private pool was amazing! We were able to swim whenever we wanted. We also enjoyed the quiet street. We had the luxury of having the action and lifestyle of Seaside, but then could retreat to our quiet and private street.

The entire process was easy!

This house was perfect for our family. We had grandparents in main floor master, young parents in second master upstairs with kids in large bunk room. There is plenty of space for everybody to spread out and do whatever they like. Loved everything about this house! The best vacation ever!

This was a beautiful and very comfortable house. It was well decorated and appointed. Loved the screened in porch and cute backyard. The location was perfect - just across the cul-de-sac from the beach access, so there was no need to haul a cooler to the beach. There is a lot of construction still on the little street, but that is a common occurrence along the beach on 30A these days. They didnt start before 10am during our stay, though, so we didnt really notice. Definitely would recommend this property!

30A Vacay staff is always friendly and prompt. We really enjoy renting with you all. Much prefer booking direct with you vs using the big rental sites when visiting 30A.

We loved staying at Poolside Paradise! Being right on the best pool in 30A is a game changer with young kids. Its So convenient to be able to pop back to the house and maximize relaxation. And the house is just beautiful, well appointed with all desired amenities and fabulously located within a super quick walk to Seacrest Beach, Rosemary, and Alys (even with small children) or short bike ride to the rest of 30A. You can also comfortably fit two or three families depending on number of kids - lots of little extra beds/crib, etc. Beautiful house and amazing location.

Everything was very clear and organized. Arrival and departure were made simple.

Our stay was great. The property was in such a calm, quiet, small neighborhood. We found the short walk to the beach no problem (except for the nasty road construction which you cannot control). We also felt very safe. People would leave chairs or carts out front without worrying they might get stolen. It was a real haven of peace and tranquility compared to the overcrowded roads, bike paths, restaurants and shops. Amazingly enough the beach was not overcrowded. That was also very pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was a beautiful vacation home and the location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the short walk to the pool. We had never vacationed in the 30A area and were very impressed with all it had to offer.
