The 30A Vacay team has great communication via email with details before and during your trip. They answered their phone the 2 times that I needed to call, and the member of their team I spoke with was personable and helpful. This was my first time renting with 30A Vacay and I had no issues.

Overall, the stay at the property was great! Adding mirrors throughout the house would be wonderful. Having a golf cart and bikes included with the property rental was very nice and convenient and a large part of why we chose to rent this property.

It was great. When booking I had an issue where I thought my card was charged at the time I booked. Later I realized it had not processed the payment and they were so nice when I called. I was concerned the reservation would be cancelled but they manually processed the payment for me. Ease of booking & everything else that followed until check out, was just great!

We love Gulf Place Caribbean, it has everything you need such as shops, dining, etc. All within walking distance if you prefer. There are also many other places within a very short drive. There is no place better.

Everything was great. The pool was our family's favorite part. It was a very large pool with waterfalls, palm trees and big shallow end for our young child to swim in.

Our kids loved this stay. The high point for them was catching the tram (near the front door)to the beach and back every day. They believed it was just for them. :)

Booked online and received emails and texts about checkin and out timely. We never need the staff for anything else except one internet issue and the response time was good.

Home was beautiful and very spacious for our family of 9, I would definitely rent again. The beach access was so easy and having bikes on the property for the kids was great. The pool was also a great feature.
