Ten years ago, Kelly, with her extensive experience in customer service and a background as a pharmaceutical and wholesale account executive in Atlanta, embarked on a new venture. Her passion for exceptional customer service has been a cornerstone of our business. Since moving back to her hometown of South Walton over 24 years ago, Kelly has been an integral part of the local community. Her enthusiasm for sharing this paradise with others has only grown, and she continues to thrive as a devoted wife and mother to John, Grace, and Wilson.

Haley Mashburn

Haley is a dynamic force in the vacation rental industry, has rapidly ascended to the role of General Manager at 30A Vacay. She started in 2014 with a property management role, leading to rapid promotions due to her impressive performance. Outside of work, Haley’s life is enriched by her two kids, Luke and Josie. Passionate about local music and the community, Haley also enjoys the vibrant restaurant scene along the Emerald Coast

Ashley Horner

Hi, I’m Ashley Horner, the Director of Housekeeping at 30A Vacay for the past 8 years. I love baking, gardening, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family. Some of my favorite food spots are Red Bar and Louis Louis, and I enjoy spending time in the Blue Mountain area.

Reed McIntosh

I’m Reed McIntosh, and I’ve been working in Marketing at 30A Vacay for 2 years. I love living in Santa Rosa Beach because of the endless activities it offers. I enjoy fishing in the gulf and bay, exploring state parks, and trying new local restaurants. Mimmos is my favorite food spot, and I like visiting the Fort Panic beach access. I also enjoy dining at Mimmos, 3 Sons, and Stinkys. In my spare time, I play baseball, football, and golf.

Jeina Tolentino

I’m Jeina Tolentino, and I’ve been an Admin at 30A Vacay for 6 years. I’m a West Coast transplant who loves paddle boarding and the clean, easy access to beaches here. Camp Helen is one of my favorite spots, and I enjoy dining at Pho 77.

Chad

Hi, I’m Chad Allen, and I have been a Property Manager at 30A Vacay for 5 years. I love going to the beach, eating out, and enjoying time with friends and family. Some of my favorite spots are relaxing at the Crab Trap beach access and eating at Boshamps Seafood House in Destin.

Paula Moreland

Hi, I’m Paula Moreland, the Reservations Manager at 30A Vacay for 5 years. I love the beach, our amazing state parks, playing tennis and pickleball, and spending time with my grandchildren. My favorite food spot is Skunk Gulley, and I enjoy visiting Ed Walline beach. Skunk Gulley and Stinky’s are my favorite restaurants. I also love playing pickleball and tennis.
