New to the rental program in 2023! This spacious two-story beach house is a great place to call home during your next 30A beach getaway. A recent, extensive renovation has blended high-end furnishings with fun beach decor to create a welcoming space. A private pool is just out the back door, surrounded by lounge chairs, an outside dining table, and BBQ area. There is also a community pool directly across the street.

Your vacation rental is a perfect spot for a family reunion or multiple families looking to get away for a vacation together - fun and safe for all ages. Two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs offer space and privacy for multiple families, and each bedroom has its own entertainment system equipped with flat-screen smart TVs. After dinner, relax and take in the sunset from an Adirondack chair on the porch.

Sit around the dining table for eight to play a card game or whip up tasty meals in the upgraded kitchen, all while hanging out together in the lower level’s common area. The kitchen includes stainless steel major appliances as well as add-ons like a microwave, coffee maker, and Keurig. There's also a game room offering a library of books and games where everyone can rest and relax. The downstairs has two bedrooms connected via a full bath (one of these bedrooms can only be accessed via the other). A sofabed and guest bathroom add convenience to this floor.

Head to the top floor to find two plush suites, each with a private full bath and furnished balcony.

When you're ready to venture out, shops, eateries, and the beach are all within walking and biking distance (four bicycles are included for your use)! Located just off Highway 30A means easy access to everything. Walk down to the sugar-sand beach to sunbathe, surf, boogie board, build sandcastles, and so much more. Rent jet skis, kayaks, and paddleboards to explore by water, then finish off the day with a delicious dinner at your choice of a variety of local restaurants. Deer Lake State Park is also close by and perfect for hiking, fishing, and bird-watching.
