It was a lovely cottage on a quiet street. We loved the short walk to the beach and to the Seaside center. We enjoyed our heated pool after a day at the beach and enjoyed the morning coffee on the front porch listening to the birds. The home provided everything we needed.

We came for a family vacation with our 83 year old mom so that she could spend time with her two great grandchildren and grandchildren. We had 11 people total (2 toddlers). Everyone LOVED the house. It was spacious. We did not feel like we were on top of each other and it was very quiet. Great location too. Easy access to the beach with our rented golf cart. Very accessible to the Seaside Square. We made great memories!

The condo was absolutely lovely and the view from the balconies was gorgeous. The easy walk to the beach was quick and easy! The furnishings looked upscale and tasteful. The only comment I would make is that the kitchen area could be freshened a bit. However, we had all the necessary items to cook and enjoy our casual dinners. I would definitely come back in the future!

Our AirBnB was very clean, nicely decorated and had a great walk to the beach and to seaside! 30A was very quick to respond regarding my messages and were very helpful. I did not rate my stay a 10 because there is no washer or dryer and we werent aware that the main part of the home was occupied by others until a week or two before our stay.

It's really a great little unit. The interior is tasteful and very good quality. We love the easy access of a ground unit from the beach. The location near large homes makes for a less crowded beach.
