Perfect location. Close enough to bike and walk. A short golf cart ride to Seaside. Quiet. Enough space for the entire family. Comfortable and very nice!

Sandy Sisters was perfect for our family! 10/10 from check in to check out- it was clean and had everything we needed. The owners have excellent taste- comfortable, relaxing beds very important for us! It was super kid friendly. Well definitely be back!

Super fun!! Cant predict weather or crowds of spring breakers, but we sure scored. Perfect accommodations for two, added bonus bikes and a short walk to the beach!! Well kept!! Clean and pristine!! A perfect week in paradise!!

We have always received prompt, friendly service during our stays at 35 Lyonia.

We have always enjoyed our stays at 35 Lyonia in Watercolor. Well designed home with tree nice bedrooms and baths. Nice weather, great bike path on 30A, nice walking trails in Watercolor, easy access to beautiful beach, convenient to Publix and restaurants.

Great service!! I left my laptop in the closet of a bedroom. Housekeeping found it and took it the the on-site management team before I even realized I left it. Guest services shipped it to me and I got it the next day! Great service! Thank you for being so helpful!

Our stay was very relaxing --- 7 Lichen is very quiet (even with construction a block away). We split our time at the home and visiting the state parks ..... I would say that our trip will be remembered well.
