Friendly, very helpful staff

We have stayed in 9 other homes in Seacrest Beach North and by far this has been the most clean and well kept property.

We loved 19 Crystal Ct. Thank you for the excellent accommodations. We hope to be back.

All emails were replied to quickly and staff was very helpful and friendly.

We rented the house for a girls get a way weekend and it could not have been more perfect. Having the bikes included made our quick bike trip down to Seaside very easy. Very spacious and bathrooms were wonderful plenty of room for everyone. Thank you so much and we are already thinking of renting it again!

Grace's Getaway was great! The house was very nice and comfortable. It was perfect for my girls weekend.

Britney was exceptional. Received a text early the day of our scheduled arrival telling us that we could check in early and how to get in. Responded within minutes every time I sent her a text. Went above and beyond after we checked out. We left several clothing items in the first floor bedroom, including several pair of my teen daughter's favorite tights which led to a lot of drama and anxiety at our house. Britney went by the house on her own time after leaving work, retrieved our clothes, and shipped them to us. that is exceptional customer service and the reason why we'll book all future stays in 30A with your company.

Great house. Great service. Can't ask for anything else. Had our kids and a big group of their friends. Got to spend quality time with all of them. Layout of the house was perfect. Everyone had their own private area, but the downstairs was perfect for all of us to gather comfortably. Very lazy, laid back week. Just what we wanted.

The 30a Vacay team was very attentive to our families needs and made the whole Seaside / Watercolor experience so very memorable!

Can't say enough great things about this property. The best amenities, newly renovated so everything is clean and fresh. The location can't be beat, so close to both Rosemary and Seacrest shops and restaurants!

The team was very responsive- if I texted Dawn, she immediately texted me right back. We made our reservations very last minute and they made it easy to work with.

We enjoyed the area. Hope to come back!

Mike was awesome! The coffee pot was not working on our first morning and he brought us a new one that day.

We have stayed in several condos in the past 4 years on 30A. This was the best condo for the price we have stayed in. The view is great and the location is in a part of 30A that isn't too crowded. It has super comfortable bed and was very clean. Our flight landed at noon and we were allowed to check in early. Thank you for a great vacation.

Great professional experience!

The house was beautiful roomy and an easy short bike ride to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed at. Immaculate!! We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

I rented this property for a guys weekend in early December. We had eight of us attend and had plenty of space for everyone. It's a beautiful home with great amenities, and within walking distance to the beach. Several of us talked about renting the place during the Summer and bringing our wives with us to fully take advantage of all this home has to offer. Great location with restaurants and shopping close by. Highly recommend this home!

the 30A team was outstanding.

This was a nice home in an outstanding location. 30A made it a simply experience to rent, move in and check out. They contacted me on a couple of occasions to see if anything was needed. I would rent this property again.
