I enjoyed the high end finishings in the home. Everything felt lavish from the throw pillows to the linens. The dinnerware and flatware were heavy and of good quality. The house was exceptionally clean and the decor was fabulous! By the second day, my son was calling it "home" lol. Great experience overall, we were very pleased and would love to stay with 30A in the future : )

Overall experience was great! Really enjoyed being there and now know how much fun the beach can be during the off season and look forward to being there again.

My trip to the inlet beach being that we came during the off- season for New Years, we were able to have the beach and get the most out of it not being crowded. It was relaxing being able to fish on the beach and not worry about people getting in the way of our fun activities. The beach house is in a perfect spot since it's walking distance to everywhere. Taking the bikes into town while enjoying the nice weather makes the shopping experience more enjoyable. This place makes you wish the vacation would never end.

Moondog is a really good value. The house is well maintained and is beautiful. All the rooms are large and there is plenty of room for a large group. The location was perfect for us. Away from the crowds but close enough to easily get to everything. Seaside is easily reached by bike or car. The beautiful beach is close enough to either walk or have a leisurely bike ride to. You almost feel like you have the beach to yourself. The pool is large and very nice. It is also within walking distance or a short bike ride. I highly recommend this house. Can't beat the value. We will definitely be back.

Just Perfect! We have been coming to the 30A / Seaside area for over 20 years and this is our favorite place to stay. It is brand new, beautifully decorated and maintained. Its layout is great with three private master suites and an incredible social space including an open kitchen/dinning room/living room and screened in porch. The location is just the right balance of seclusion and everything at your fingertips. It is far enough away from the crowds of tourists that you can really relax and the neighborhood is just beautiful. The house came with bikes and we used them a lot. It is a very short ride to the Watersound pool and you can ride on the boardwalk right down to what felt like our own private 30A beach. We also rode the bikes to Seaside for lunch and to visit the shops etc with no hunting for a place to park. What a great trip!

We began visiting 30A in the 1990s for family beach vacations and have returned every year since. We love the Watersound West area for its serene atmosphere and Moondog is just a wonderful home to rent. It is spacious and comfortable - the gourmet kitchen, high ceilings and fine finishes and furniture are definitely nicer than any other rental we have had. The pool area and beach access through the dunes and lake are beautiful. To top it off, Moondog is just a great value - we can't wait to return!

We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. We also liked that there is a king size bed in the downstairs master. The house is very comfortable!

The 30A Vacay representative was very helpful, particularly in helping me with splitting the cost with another guest.

This was my second stay in Blue Mountain Villas. Like the first, it was wonderful to be so close to the water, particularly at times when the weather wasn't nice enough to get out on the beach. This unit, however, was much nicer and well worth the slightly higher cost.

Josh was an excellent property manager.
