We originally booked the home for 1 week but after one day we tried to book it for an additional week but were only able to get it for 6 additional days due to other guest had already booked the property. This is the only time that no one in my family was ready to go home. We loved the house and the private pool and it was only a short walk to the beach.

We didn't have to contact her much since everything was so well organized online and the communication was clear through e-mails, but when we did talk on the phone, she was very friendly and helpful!

Our family of 8 adults and 4 children had a wonderful week! The house was very classy, beautifully decorated yet practical, and it had great outside landings to view the area around.

Josh was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. It was great working with him! We appreciated being able to check in to the house early, and he was very nice to communicate that with us. It was also very helpful to have the door code and not have to worry about keys and checking in and out at an office etc.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the house was perfect for our group! We absolutely loved the many porches and enjoyed the swing out front as well as the screened porches in the back. It was nice for everyone to have a place to escape to if needed. It was nice to have so many TVs so there were no fights over remotes, especially with the kids. We used the TV on the back porch the most. It was also nice that each room had it's own bathroom. Thank you!

The house was very comfortable for the 10 of us; but also very stylish, clean and fun! Loved the big dining table that was able to accommodate all of us. Loved having an outdoor shower and pool. Loved not having to keep up with a key. Loved having access to 4 bikes.

Our family of 7 stayed in this property from July 16 until July 23, 2016. We were very comfortable... The kitchen was great and was well stocked with what we needed to cook in and eat in. The bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The grounds were well kept and the pool was excellent for our children.. We could sit in our balcony and watch them swim .. Again..everything was spectacular and we would definitely stay in this unit again.
