How often do you rent a property on vacation and the owners are there?!? They were wonderful hosts and people. We crossed paths several times and even spent the evening hanging out with them and their guests. The property was perfect for our family of 4. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of extra linens. Kids would have liked a TV with Netflix during down time, but that is not a big deal. Overall a great property!

This is our second time staying at this property this year! We loved it so much in June 2022, we came for a long couples weekend in October 2022. It is an amazing property! Bikes seemed upgraded from our last stay and were wonderful. It is the perfect size condo for a small family! Amazing location in Watercolor with all the fabulous Watercolor amenities! Would love to see an added master bedroom TV in addition to streaming services.

Perfect! This property was absolutely spotless. The carriage house was so nice. We typically rent a house when traveling with the family, but this time we snuck away for a couple of days. Everything was amazing! The perfect spot for a couples getaway or a small family! Watercolor is the perfect spot for families! The amenities are clean and the staff was extremely friendly! I loved that it came with bikes. We rented a cart and were able to get everywhere we wanted on the two bikes with our toddler riding in the cart.

I don't believe the renters in the main house were aware of the carriage house rental and when we arrived, they had all their cars (5) parked in the garage and in front of the unit. They moved some at our request and relinquished a garage space; however, we felt they were wary of having to do so. With so many cars and all their bikes, we were often blocked from easy stairway access. I would suggest putting a sign on/near either the garage or in the main house until that explains the garage/parking policy.
