Great room, very comfortable & nice!

The house was wonderful! It was so comfortable ! The location was great. In middle of everything ... But I could have just stayed on the porch!

Wonderful stay

Haley Steely was our contact- very polite took time to answer any text questions, comments we had. Found her to be knowledgeable and timely in sending us text that the unit was ready for check in sooner than expected. Our experience was excellent. The complimentary coffee and cookie welcome stray was a nice touch ...we loved the coffee so much we bought a bag at MODICA Market.

Oh my... where to start - Our five night stay was a treat for our Mother's 80th Birthday Celebration! The 30 A Vacay rental we chose, in the Casine Village, was so perfectly situated right off 30 -A where our"Decorator Bungalow" was nestled in a quiet, safe community of precious colorful homes and atmosrsphere. The wrap around porch, keypad entry system, cheerful designer home was the perfect size - allowing our mother to be QUEEN of the King size master suite. Two bed rooms flanking a joint bath- all perfect for sharing the week with my sister. Upon entry of the home we were completely in awe over the charming and delightful style in which the house was decorated-every amenity taken into account. The WIN, WIN of the trip was the four person battery powered Golf Cart... allowing us to drive around digesting the beauty of the local homes within SEASIDE, WATERCOLORS and every cute shopping pleasures you could imagine! This rental was also Ideally located so close to the public access beach,{with bathrooms} dining and shopping of the SEASIDE fare!! Kudos to the homeowner willing to share this adorable tuck away- our HOME away from HOME while celebrating a milestone !!

The manager Brittney was very helpful in answering our questions about the unit and she responded to our call/email promptly.

My husband, daughter and I have been coming to Blue Tide for several years. We have always enjoyed our stay in each unit we have visited. We especially enjoyed the newly renovated unit 7a and the friendly staff. We plan to visit again.

Proximity to the Gulf is number 1! The bright & simple decor of unit 6 was to my liking.

The condo, property and beach were very clean. The condo could use some updating but the price was excellent, check in process was flawless and the wifi was fast. We will definitely stay again.

This condo was great! The views are amazing! Very well laid out and a lot of room. All 3 bathrooms seem to be recently remodeled. Beds were very comfortable. We met the owners on our stay and they were wonderful We will definately be back. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.

The ONLY negative about Churchill Dunes was that the beds were VERY firm. I am all about a good firm bed, but the master bed was too firm for even me!!

Brittany was great, and we really appreciate her accommodating us and allowing us to check in a little early. Thank you!

Great Vacation for our whole family--the convenience and comfort of "Catch of the Day" made our trip one we will always remember, and we look forward to returning!

Brittney was so amazing and helpful throughout our entire stay. She gave me her cell number to call with any issues or requests. We did need to call her when there were some lights out but that was about it. She was so friendly, personable and vivacious...I just fell in love with her! I honestly do not think I have had a better experience with a home rental company and I have been coming down here for the last 10 years. Britney deserves many kudos and I sure hope she is recognized in some way of what a great asset she is to the company. Also, The bike rental company called me about a week or 2 before we came down asking if we wanted to rent bikes. I thought that was a great service as I would have not thought about it until we were down there.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at our stay on 130 Flip Flop Lane. We had plenty of room for our 3 families and everything was amazing from the home decor to the open space. The top deck was a favorite for young and old. We had many get togethers up top and the breeze was really nice. My reaction when I first walked into the house and toured it was "This is the nicest house we have ever stayed in!" Our guest services manager Brittney was AMAZING! She was so friendly, upbeat and personable. She was so accommodating and helpful when we needed a few things around the house. I would come back and stay in this house in a heartbeat! Great job Brittney & 30A Vacay!

Britney was very easy to work with and communicated with us in a very timely manner. She was a pleasure to work with.

We had a very relaxing week in very nice accommodations. The Magnolia was comfortable for all of us. Getting around was easy. We only drove our car one time during the week because the condo was convenient to everything we needed! Great place. The beds were comfortable and our teenaged and pre-teen boys loved being independent. Tons of kids! Very family oriented area.

Enjoyed the quite neighbor hood & the extra amenaties of the lake, walking trail & pool, convince to the beach, resturants, & shops. It had a layed back feeling.

The S.S. Dogwood is a great family house! The beach is a very short walk away, as are shops and restaurants. Lovely vacation- we will be back!
