The only reason I gave a 4 star rating to the property is that it would have been helpful to have a few more amenities. Specifically since it has a kitchen I would like to see salt and pepper, cooking oil,a pizza cutter, small ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise and maybe garlic powder. Also, the wifi password was incorrectly written but we figured it out.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. The view was just spectacular. You couldn't get closer to the emerald waters and be in a better location on 30A. The beachy modern decor and comfort in this unit was so inviting. Plenty of linens, blankets and pillows. The beds were very comfortable and furnishings very tasteful and comfy, as well. Even the balconies offered comfortable nice places to eat and lounge. The top balcony is semi open and offered an inspiring view of the star filled sky at night. Something you cant get in the busier areas of the gulf due to city lights. Unfortunately red tide was present and we had to evacuate due to hurricane Micheal but neither was fault of the condo or rental company. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was my second stay in Blue Mountain Villas. Like the first, it was wonderful to be so close to the water, particularly at times when the weather wasn't nice enough to get out on the beach. This unit, however, was much nicer and well worth the slightly higher cost.
