We loved the property! We will stay there again!

Jane is the best! Weve worked with her on multiple vacations and she is a big part of why we only use 30A Vacay. Shes professional, caring, helpful and responsive to ensure a memorable vacation. Brittney always makes sure things are in order with the house and Bob is our man if we needed anything. You can tell this business operates like a family and works well together. Thats no easy feat and a testament to their work ethic and care for their customers!

What an amazing home and awesome location! We were lucky enough to be the first ones in after the renovation and WOW! Being on the beach was wonderful and having the newly expanded deck/dip pool made for great sun days. We enjoyed cooking in the luxury kitchen and playing games in the open living/dining area. Upstairs, the master is over the top with beautiful bath as well as the other two guest bedrooms and bunk rooms. The beds were heavenly and took in the sunsets on the balcony. This was by far the best vacay weve had in the 10 years weve been coming to 30A! The 30A Vacay staff, Jane, Brittney and Bob, made sure we had everything we needed! Just like family - they rock!

Location is perfection. if you like a quiet, private beach experience with sunrise and sunset views, this is the house to book.

Everything about my stay was perfect! Closest walk to the beach possible and quick 10 minute bike ride to seaside. 5 min bike ride to cowgirl kitchen which is also cute and yummy. Highly recommend the yoga studio also a 5 min bike ride. Communication with owner was Easy and great!

The stay was wonderful! 30A went the extra mile to provide coffee and cookies from the local market in Seaside. They also provided laundry pods, sunscreen, and a few other basic necessities. Our overall experience was nothing shy of amazing and exceeded our expectations!

They do their job very well and are easy to work with.

John, Kelly, Haley, Britney and Ashley are truly one of a kind. You can tell their team loves each other and it shows through their amazing customer service. They really love their jobs and that rubs off on the guest.

The property was adorable with up to date technology, clean and refreshing decor and really comfy beds.

Our first choice house cancelled our reservation, and they provided several other houses to choose from to accommodate our group.

House was the prefect size for our group. It also was very clean. Thank you!

30A VACAY made my rental experience flawless.

I brought 7 of my friends for the 30A songwriters festival. We had everything we needed and more in this house. Porch parties, coffee time, bike riding, large family meals, and great sleeping. The house is roomy and lovely. Its a perfect house for a large group. Everything about this rental experience was positive.

Love this location and beautifully decorated condo. At this time of year it is serene and quiet.

Team members were able to accommodate my needs when the first home that I selected was not available. Very easy to work with. Great selection of homes.

Hope to be back to this property during the warm months. Great location. Older subdivision but updated condo. The only thing is I wish the sliding glass door was a lock door so you could have access at that point.
