The Team at 30A were great to work with! They were always very responsive to emails even on the weekend when we arrived at the house! I will definitely rent from 30A Vacay again and I refer anyone I know to them. I am sure all agents are good at 30A Vacay...

We have been coming to 30 A for years and this has been one of the best places we have ever stayed! The bikes and golf cart were a great feature that saves us money because we didn't have to rent! The location is great, close to eating, shopping and the public beach access! A short golf cart or bike ride to The Hub and Seaside! We will be back!

Week was great, house was awesome, beds were very comfortable everything in the house worked well. Golf cart and bikes was really a nice extra. Loved the watermelon left by the door upon arrival.

We worked with Dawn and she was very knowledgeable about the area. She answered all my questions and was very responsive if I needed anything. Always willing to help and even came by and met our whole family! Don't find that often unless there is a problem. We will book through Dawn again.

We loved the house it was so comfortable and felt like home. Flip Flop In was one of the nicest homes we have stayed in on 30A. We have been coming for 10 years and by far this home way above the rest.

Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with 1 toilet seat, there were 4 bathrooms so it wasn't a huge deal. But they were super nice and accommodating about it and had it fixed super fast!

The property was a great place to stay, beautiful view, clean, lots of space/bedrooms/bathrooms, and very reasonable walking distance to the beach.

We were very pleased with the short distance to the beach. The restaurant across the street was excellent. The children enjoyed the bikes. There was space for my extended family to have separate spaces. The common areas were large enough to accommodate all of us. There were 7 or 8 TVs so everyone could watch or play games of their choice. We were very pleased with the house.

Lemon Squeezy was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation! The accommodations are the best we've ever had at a beach house. The pictures don't lie...it's really that beautiful! The owner has thoughtfully considered many amenities, and it made our time there even that much more enjoyable. We can't wait to go back!!
