Oh thank you for allowing us to book direct with you guys to save additional expense fees etc. that makes a huge difference and sets you apart from some of your competitors. Offering the 5% return customers is a great bonus as well for having customer loyalty and return visits. Bottom line, keep doing what you guys are doing!

One of top vacation stays in Seacrest. Cant wait to return using 30A vacay and booking Sand Dollar Getaway for another stay. The balcony was furnished perfectly. One reason we choose this condo was the large table for six for dinners and all the other comfortable seating elsewhere. Let the owners know they did a bang job with that!

We loved the new decor however, there was no TV in master bedroom. Also, The walls are very thin. Those are not dealbreakers for us just things to consider. Overall, great place and location was excellent!

We had a few issues and someone came out and fixed everything the very next morning!

Beautiful house, perfect location. It had everything you would need. We loved our stay. The only issue was their beautiful gigantic pool was not heated. We went for Spring break and the water unbearably cold. The ocean was also a double red and closed for 3 of our days. The pool is beautiful and probably amazing in the summer months. I would absolutely recommend this property. We had 8 people and plenty of room with some to spare!

We love every one of our Tram drivers and the information they gave us about where to eat, shop and beach safety!

House was perfectly laid out for our 2 families. There was 11 of us and could ask for a better accommodations! House was clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, glad containers for snacks to take to the beach! Containers for margaritas etc!
Only thing they could add is more trash bags, salt, pepper and Pam spray, olive or avocado oil :)

Everyone was so helpful. The whole process was easy and it didnt take long to book. Easy check in and out process. You can also communicate via text with them which made things easy!

It was perfect for 2 year old and baby. Its steps from the beach and in a great location. I did wish it had a washer and dryer though!
