Easy to use and great to deal with. I forgot my shirts there and they were quick to him with that. They are shipping them to me.

Place was as expected, even more room than thought it would be. Only not a 10 because of the road noise. It was expected but still really loud. It wouldnt keep me from staying again. Everything else is great. Location to everything. Being close to beach.

Staff were very friendly and responsive.

Unit was nice but would not stay again due to size of unit. The unit was in a great location and very clean. Very close beach and walking distance to several restaurants. Outside sitting area is amazing!! Unit is very compact. It was a little tight for teenagers and adults, as there was not enough seating for everyone to sit and watch tv/hang out. Teenagers would really have liked a tv in the 2nd bedroom. They often fell asleep on couch watching tv and were woke up when adults came downstairs in the morning. Would be a much better size unit for a family with younger children. Laundry in the spare bathroom was also challenging, as it was difficult to find time to use it when no one was in there or sleeping.

First time to 30A. Had a great experience with booking the house. The house was exactly how it was described in the listing. Directions for check in, supplies upon entry and check out procedure were clear and easy to follow. Location was perfect for our group and the place was set up wonderfully.

Highly recommend this location and house. Decorated very nice, plenty of room, sleeping areas were large and comfortable. Plenty of great space throughout the house, Loved the golf cart, extra beach chairs and bikes on property. The house location to the hub was great. Easy to go back and forth and enjoy the evenings watching games. Loved our extended weekend trip to the area. Loved the over all convince to everything. Great beach and house. The entire family came home saying they would like to return for our next beach trip.

The wrap around porch and views simply stunning. Great beds. Simply amazing. Many wonderful memories were made. One of the nicest and most enjoyable home we have ever rented. Exceeded every expectation.

The property was absolutely beautiful plenty of space to have your own privacy but great for family gatherings pool area was fabulous 30 a was great to work with responsive and fun we already booked 2 weeks next July . Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

Working with 30A Vacay was very easy

The patio, especially the umbrella. That was great in the afternoon sun. The rockers were nice to sit in for morning coffee watching the surf. Enjoyed it immensely, we will be back!

Vacay was so kind and helpful when I called to request early check-in. For an extra fee that was well worth it, that helped us get settled in with all our new baby gear and have the baby down at her usual bedtime.

We will recommend this property to anyone who likes to enjoy the beach from the privacy and shade of a balcony. If you need 2 bedrooms, be aware that the master bedroom is nowhere near sound proof, and that an open-air gap in the wall there will let others hear sound from inside the master bedroom.
